Operations Director - Plastic Manufacturing Industry

- Guarantee production (preforms, bottles, special containers) delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most competitive cost
- Lead safety, quality and continuous improvement processes, to reach production volume, cost improvement, quality and service levels, with ultimate profitability goals
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance processes, based on reliability, to guarantee the service levels established
- Define operational financial goals, to maintain and improve conversion costs and EBIT results for production centers
- Develop plans for new projects and sustainable growth, considering times, costs and impacts to business processes, to comply with commercial contracts and customer specifications

- 15+ years of experience in progressive responsibilities in Production, Engineering and/or Operations in multi-location manufacturing organization
- Lean Manufacturing management, with focus on continuous improvement in quality and service levels, as well as equipment and machinery reliability
- P&L; management - Inventory management - Strategic planning and execution - Project management
