Job description:
- Guide students, agents and parents during the admission process.
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students.
- Maintain efficient and proactive communication with appropriate departments and regional managers to ensure a timely and efficient admissions process.
- Create reports and collect statistics as requested by management.
- Communicate with embassies, foreign office, service providers and others institution/companies.
- Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that the students receive the very best admissions experience.
- Train agents and regional managers in the admission process.
