SherDecor is a premium brand specialising in decorative finishes and professional training for craftsmen and decorative artists.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong SMM and content skills to help develop and promote SherDecor as a premium international brand.

This is not a purely social media position. We are looking for someone who understands marketing as a whole — brand positioning, digital marketing, content, website, e-shop, advertising and customer acquisition.

What you will do

- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for SherDecor.
- Develop our social media and content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Create strong marketing concepts, campaigns and content ideas.
- Write high-quality marketing texts, captions, website copy and promotional materials.
- Work with our website developer by creating clear briefs and technical specifications based on the brand's goals and positioning.
- Work with our designer by preparing creative briefs for social media, advertising, presentations and other materials.
- Research competitors, trends and new opportunities for brand growth.
- Analyse results and continuously improve marketing activities.

You don't need to be a designer or videographer. We already have a creative team. Your role is to understand what needs to be created, why, and how it should communicate the brand's values, positioning and growth objectives.

Who we are looking for





- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing and brand development.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SMM and content.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results, such as increasing brand awareness, growing social media engagement and improving conversion rates.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and aesthetics.
- Strategic thinker who can also manage practical execution.
- Proactive, creative and able to independently propose ideas.
- Able to work closely with founders, designers, developers and other specialists.
