Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional support to
Japanese-speaking customers via phone, chat,



and email Assist with
product usage, troubleshooting, and everyday questions with empathy
and patience Record inquiries and maintain accurate information in
the system Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless
service delivery Represent global brands with professionalism and a
customer-first approach Ideal Candidate The idóneo candidate is
open-minded, curious about living abroad, and motivated to learn.
Requirements: Native or fluent in Japanese (C1/C2) Conversational
English (B2 level) Comfortable using computers and willing to learn
new systems Positive mindset, flexibility, and good communication
skills EU citizenship or valid work/residency permit for Greece
Preferred Skills: Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality,
retail, support) is an advantage but not required Strong
