and strategic requirements.Contributing to the evolution of the product offering and structuring solutions tailored to different customer segments.Coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality user experience.Ensuring strong alignment and communication with internal teams (marketing, support, payroll consultants).Acting as abridge between the local Spanish product team and the French Product teams .Your Profile3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally inpayroll or time management software(HR tech background is a strong plus).Payroll knowledge is a nice to have.Go-to-market experience is an asset.Experience working with AI-powered solutions is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex topics.Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message to different stakeholders.Languages : Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (fixed + variable). xhfqzwm Health insuranceCareer development opportunitie
