Задачи

Design and develop Java applications and libraries

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Troubleshoot and debug Java applications to ensure smooth performance

Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and application stability

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusability

Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development

Participate in Agile development and follow software development best practices

Pair with other team members to ensure high-quality outcomes

Требования

Experience in Java server-side software development

Expertise in Java technologies

Solid Core Java programming experience with a minimum of Java 17

General knowledge of dependency injection and inversion of control

Experience using messaging technologies

Familiarity with data structures such as sets, hashes, and caches

Knowledge of concurrency, resiliency, caching, HTTP,



and REST

Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

Experience working with DevOps to deploy applications

Experience with software maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong exposure to standard financial interchange protocols such as FIX and ITCH

Nice to have: Exposure to low-latency or high-performance systems, additional languages such as C, C++, Go, Rust, or C#, Front Office financial systems development, OMS/EMS/Exchange systems delivery, equities trading and brokerages, build tools and automation such as Gradle and GitHub Actions, cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
