Location: Madrid, office based Fluent English and Spanish Contract: Permanent We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant to join our Madrid office and support the financial and operational backbone of our international publishing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop strong finance skills while gaining hands on experience with business software, AI tools, and process automation. You will receive training on our internal systems and work directly with senior management on projects that help shape how the company operates.

As a Junior Accounting Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our financial and administrative processes run smoothly and accurately. Preparing and organizing financial documentation to support accounting and tax filing. Verifying financial data and carrying out systematic checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.





Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of digital tools and internal workflows. Assisting with the development of AI driven processes and automation across the finance and operations departments. Providing administrative support across finance, logistics and HR when required.

Excellent Microsoft

Excel skills.

Fluent

English and Spanish. Interviews will be conducted in English. A genuine interest in technology, digital tools and AI. The ability to learn new software quickly. Full training will be provided on Odoo and our internal systems.

Around one to two years of experience in finance, accounting or administration is desirable, although recent graduates with the right profile are encouraged to apply. Full-time availability. Immediate start.
