We are currently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, supporting projects across Europe and United States.
Location: Full-time relocation to project locations (Spain, Europe & US)
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional with initial experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding international environment.
Key Requirements
Full availability to relocate for extended periods to project locations across Spain, Europe and United States (essential).
Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field.
1 years of experience in project coordination or management (maritime sector is a plus).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn. xsgfvud
Advanced English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management: Collect and report on project plans, status, resources, and key data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and PMO
Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding ongoing project matters
Contract Management: Manage documentation in line with GYG procedures, including final project approvals
Resource Coordination: Ensure required resources are requested and available to meet project needs
