Job SummaryThe Product Manager must leverage scientific and practical cytogenetics expertise to ensure the achievement of the objectives set for the Business Unit. It is fundamental to collaborate with cross-functional teams to position solutions, expand the market share of our cytogenetics solutions, shape strategy, navigate regulatory landscapes, and drive product success.Key Accountabilities- Install Metasystems’ instruments and perform user training- Participate in the preparation of the tenders, writing the technical part. In collaboration with the Sales Application Specialist and tenders department- Work closely with sales team to update, install systems and execute troubleshooting.- Maintain constant contact with represented companies, communicating forecasts, technical issues, incidents, and product information.



Hold regular follow-up meetings and attend Distributor’s trainings- Stay updated on the market needs and the competitor’s analysis.- Provide the commercial network with the necessary arguments to counter objections from competitors and customers based on the value-selling method adequately- Prepare the necessary marketing material: brochures, catalogs, and presentations.- Prepare product information necessary for each case, such as product registrations, technical data sheets, safety files, inserts, and anything else mandatory- Prepare and participate in Workshops, Congresses, Scientific Sessions, and other events.- Encourage the evaluation of products to generate scientific articles- Keep Teams database updated, as well as the Company's website- Work with Logistics to manage all types of product incidents: back orders, stock dimension, purchase equipment forecast, among others- Maintain a fluid relationship with the different KOLs and support the commercial network in the visits that require it- Train the different members of the commercial network (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Application Specialists).- Where there is no Product S
