Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical relationship
management
for strategic key accounts and establish communication
frameworks with
regional technical teams.
- Lead regular
technical engagement sessions
with key customers to showcase the company's technological strengths and enhance brand preference.
- Identify and analyze the technical needs of key accounts
, working closely with product teams to drive product optimization, upgrades, and technology iteration.
- Conduct comprehensive, multi-channel technical market research; perform in-depth competitive analysis and deliver high-value insights to support strategic decision-making.




- Support technical coordination
and alignment for strategic key accounts and major projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Collaborate
closely with the
sales team
to expand market share across key accounts.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
in pre-sales engineering
and solutions (
inverter and energy storage systems preferred
) with a master's degree; or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree in the PV & energy storage industry.
- Strong
international business collaboration
capabilities.
- Experience in large-scale PV & energy storage projects is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
