Who you are
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness)
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives without hand-holding
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating
- Have at least intermediate SQL queries reading skills. Being able to write and own queries autonomously is a nice to have
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have direct hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Outreach (not just awareness or admin-level use)
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have full working proficiency in French and at least an advanced level in English
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes,

What the job involves
- Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership
