About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team in Madrid. In this role, you'll be a key driver in evolving our endpoint management landscape towards a cloud-native, Intune-first approach, ensuring our 17,000+ employees stay productive, secure, and connected wherever they work. Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and manage modern endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and cloud-native management tools across the organisation.
- Lead the evolution of endpoint management from traditional on-premise approaches towards a cloud-first, Intune-driven architecture.




- Implement and maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust principles.
- Automate endpoint provisioning, configuration and compliance using PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
- Manage identity and access across Azure AD / Entra ID, including SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policy management.
- Support and optimise Microsoft 365 Apps deployment, lifecycle management and end-user experience.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for complex endpoint issues, working collaboratively with the team to diagnose, resolve and document solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the agile Endpoints team to develop and integrate new workplace features, products and services.
- Champion Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture by actively engaging in continuous risk accountability activities.
