TME Technical Integration Manager
Purpose
The TME Technical Integration Manager is accountable for driving, delivering, and managing optimized infrastructure and technical integration solutions, projects, and operations within the TME Connect BI area. This role ensures that technical solutions are fully integrated, fit-for-purpose, aligned with business needs, and delivered with a high standard of operational excellence.
The Trade Marketing Excellence (TME) program, established at JTI in 2005, spans 35 markets and over 4,000 users, covering more than 90% of JTI’s OCC.
TME is a critical enabler of Sales and Trade Marketing processes worldwide—from planning to execution and evaluation.
The TME Connect initiative aims to modernize the TME platform by leveraging cloud-based technologies and delivering a simplified and standardized version of JTI Trade Marketing processes, primarily focused on Field Force Execution and Business Intelligence Evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Governance & Platform Management
Manage cloud sizing, cost control, budget forecasting, and reporting, while maintaining a detailed inventory of infrastructure resources.
Ensure compliance with JTI Technical Security Standards, including certificates, identity management, and access control.
Execute governance and operational support for TME Connect BI, covering Azure Cloud resources, Power BI Capacity Nodes, and platform integration and extensibility, including but not limited to
– Architecture, integrations, and extensibility
