You'll be representing one of our clients dedicated to healthy and comfortable footwear.Your MissionCustomer Advocate: Ensure our clients needs and concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers.Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media).Problem Solver: Analyse customer issues, identify root causes and proactively offer personalized solutions.Brand Ambassador:
Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction, fostering positive customer relationships.What We're Looking ForFluency in both Italian and English.A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.What We OfferStart Date: ASAP.Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).Part-Time: 20 hours per week.Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00.Salary: €9,280 gross per year.Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.Training: 5 days Full-Time.
