The Role: read this carefully before applyingThis is a Personal Assistant role for the CEO of a fast-growing company. It has two layers, and both are equally important. We are deliberately specific about both before any other detail, because this role does not work for candidates who are interested in only one of them. Layer one: Personal Operator across the principal's life.This is hands-on work. It includes driving the principal and his wife when traffic is bad, the trip is long, or he needs to work in transit. It includes errands such as picking up items, dropping or collecting the dog, covering for household staff when they are unavailable. It includes preparing the principal's supplement, peptide, and testosterone protocol every Monday in person, following an exact protocol. It includes managing all home-related logistics: contractors, handymen, painters, electricians, the housekeeper, and any vendor that touches the home. It includes coordinating travel, household admin, and personal communications across Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, and personal email. Layer two:



Trusted EA layer for stakeholder-facing work.This is the strategic, business-facing layer of the role. It includes engineering the principal's calendar around maker mode and manager mode, and offering specific times to anyone requesting a meeting before the principal sees the request. It includes attending and representing the principal in stakeholder meetings (partners, leadership of Hyprwork's other functions, external collaborators) where his time does not need to scale, capturing actions, pushing follow-ups, and bringing back the 30-second version. It includes acting as the buffer between the world and his attention across business communication channels, and replying on his behalf where appropriate. It includes investment tracking, finance support across his ventures, and AI-driven automation of repeated work.
