Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions: Screen potential transactions; Performdebt capacity analysis; Producepitches and review relevant company information; Prepareall internal credit documentation. Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity: Analyze of periodic financial information; Prepareinternal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company; Prepareall internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation. Qualifications/Education required: Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering. Solid financing and analytical skills, including: Accounting principles and international accounting standards Hard worker and team player; High communications skills: verbally and written; High learningcapacity (and willingness) Skills and knowledge requirements: High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
