We’re hiring: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) CROVELIS is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our Clinical Operations team and support the planning, coordination and execution of clinical trials throughout their lifecycle, from start-up to close-out. What will you do? You will provide operational and administrative support to clinical study teams, working closely with CRAs, CTMs, vendors, sites and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinating and following up on operational and administrative activities throughout the study lifecycle. - Supporting study start-up, maintenance and close-out activities. - Coordinating site activation activities together with CRAs and other study team members. - Maintaining trackers, timelines, status updates and study documentation. - Organizing study team meetings, preparing agendas and following up on meeting minutes. - Supporting coordination with sites, vendors, Finance and internal stakeholders on invoices, payments and other operational activities. - Using operational and financial systems,
including SAP or similar tools. - Tracking deliverables, milestones and issues, escalating delays or risks when required. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date study documentation and records. - Working closely with CRAs, CTMs and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical studies. - Ensuring clear, proactive and professional communication with key study stakeholders. What are we looking for?- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing or another relevant scientific or healthcare discipline. - Previous experience in clinical research, clinical trial support, study coordination, healthcare or another regulated environment. - Good understanding of clinical research processes and ICH-GCP. - Experience with clinical trial documentation, systems and operational processes. - Experience within a CRO, sponsor or similar environment is a plus. - Experience with SAP or similar systems i
