The Role We are seeking a Head of International Delivery & Services Strategy to lead the evolution of our international delivery capability across all non‑Spanish territories.



This a senior leadership role positioned between strategy and execution . Your mission will be to ensure that our international organisation can reliably mobilise, staff, deliver and scale complex client engagements across countries with different levels of maturity. This role is not focused on day‑to‑day project execution, nor on defining go‑to‑market strategy. Instead, it ensures that what is sold can be delivered — consistently, profitably and to a high standard — across borders.
