You shepherd the project from concept through soft launch and live operations, balancing the economy and monetization to sustain long-term engagement. You collaborate cross-functionally to translate player motivations into features, and you guide a design team toward high-impact, data-informed decisions. Responsabilidades

- Own and drive the game's vision aligned with product goals and communicate clearly to team and stakeholders
- Lead ideation and translate player motivations into UX stories, wireframes, and feature design
- Mentor and grow a designers team with clear goals and high execution standards
- Partner with product, engineering, and art to guide features from concept to implementation

- Experience in a live service game environment with responsiveness to community feedback
- Solid experience in the gaming industry in a design role with contributions to multiple released titles
