Overview

In this role you help advance GenAI-powered solutions within OLX’s Generative AI Innovation team. You’ll contribute to planning, building, and deploying scalable cloud-native software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship impact-driven AI applications. You will mentor juniors, drive innovation, and help shape the engineering strategy while delivering secure, high-quality systems on AWS.

Responsabilidades

- Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects with quality and timeliness
- Develop robust, secure, and scalable software solutions for AI projects
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a collaborative environment




- Drive innovation by shaping software development and collaborating with product management
- Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using GitLab CI/CD to AWS
- Contribute to cross-team collaboration through inter-team groups or guilds

Requisitos principales

- Significant professional experience in software development with Python
- Experience in large-scale web applications and designing well-bounded domain systems
- Experience in architecting Cloud Native solutions; AWS considered a plus
- Experience in multi-functional teams
- Ownership mindset: build it, run it, own it with emphasis on code quality, debugging, optimization, and automation
