Overview

In this Financial Due Diligence role within Deals Transaction Services, you help organisations unlock value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering data-driven insights. You work on buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting price definitions and risk assessment for corporate and private equity clients. You’ll collaborate with an international team to accelerate deals and enhance decision-making across Europe, USA, and LATAM. This is a hands-on, analytics-led opportunity at a leading advisor.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements
- Analyze key value drivers and financial assumptions




- Leverage Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues
- Support price adjustment definitions and analyses for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal processes
- Assist clients in preparing and closing deals across M&A;, divestitures, and financing transactions

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering
- English fluency (daily work in English)
- 2-3 years of audit experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Data analytics experience a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx)
- Flexibility to travel
