Overview

In this role you will manage and resolve incidents on TD SYNNEX digital platforms, blending hands-on technical work with incident and stakeholder management. You will triage, investigate, and communicate issues to prevent recurrence, collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, Security, QA, and Business teams. You’ll contribute to platform reliability and operational standards while supporting a cross-functional, global team. This position offers close work with production systems and a clear impact on service quality and platform stability.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and manage incidents with proper triage, prioritization, and resolution within SLAs
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with architects and developers on fixes
- Track and resolve P1–P4 incidents within agreed SLAs
- Identify recurring issues to reduce incident volume and improve reliability
- Act as change lead for bug fixes and operational improvements




- Maintain high-quality incident and backlog reporting/data hygiene
- Mentor and support other SiteOps team members
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Security, DevOps, QA, Development, UX, Architecture, and Business teams
- Continue to deepen expertise in TD SYNNEX web solutions and operational processes
- Support the in-house SiteOps development team with technical debt tasks to ensure a bug-free platform

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years’ experience developing or supporting web solutions using C# .NET
- Solid understanding of incident and change management (ITIL v4 exposure is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of C# (.NET Framework), ASP.NET MVC, and REST APIs
- Experience using observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus)
- Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Datadog, Graylog, Log Analytics, AppInsights)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Proven ability to lead incidents through to resolution
- Comfortable working across distributed, multicultural teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
