In this role you own the development of cloud and network security products, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen ISG's security infrastructure from Madrid's Digital Hub. You will drive innovative security solutions across cloud and network domains, translating requirements into a roadmap and clear user stories. You’ll shape product strategy, mentor teams, and advance security practices to enable scalable, secure digital transformation.

Responsabilidades
- Own and drive development of security products for network security, cloud environments, and automation
- Lead cross-functional cloud security teams with expertise in Azure, Zscaler, Checkpoint, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other product owners to align goals and ensure clear cross-department communication
- Translate technical requirements into User Stories affecting the roadmap
- Lead teams to build scalable security solutions aligned with business needs
- Ensure adoption and continuous improvement of cloud security practices and network protections
- Mentor cloud security teams on technical work and strategic alignment
- Apply strategic planning to drive product development aligned with long-term business goals
- Foster an Agile mindset to support iterative development and product improvements
Requisitos principales
- Proven experience leading teams/projects in cloud network security
- Strong know-how of Zscaler, Checkpoint, Azure Cloud Security and automation tech (Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience managing security tools for IaaS and PaaS; LAN and WAN networking expertise
- Leadership experience in cloud security and cross-functional collaboration
- MS stack expertise with hands-on Azure experience
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within scope and deadlines
- Strong communication to simplify complex concepts for directors and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and prioritize features
- Very strong English communication skills
