Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end quality assurance for large-scale transformation programs, including o9 EOP deployments, across multiple regions. You own the testing strategy, govern testing activities, and partner with business, tech teams, and vendors to ensure quality outcomes. You will drive automation and continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise testing for a integral FMCG leader and enable successful Go-Lives.

Responsabilidades

- Define and own end-to-end test strategy and governance for ERP and planning transformations (including o9 Wave deployments)
- Lead all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Go-Live readiness
- Design and maintain automated test scripts/frameworks using Selenium and TOSCA
- Manage testing cycles end-to-end: test cases, defects, triage, resolutions, exit criteria
- Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to align on quality standards and timelines
- Establish and maintain defect management processes and escalate critical issues
- Lead UAT exit approvals and document test completion for governance




- Drive continuous improvement by increasing automation and reducing manual testing
- Provide regular test status reporting with metrics on progress, defects, and risk
- Coach and mentor testing analysts to foster a quality-first culture

Requisitos principales

- Lead QA/testing workstreams for large-scale ERP, supply chain, or enterprise platform transformations in CPG/FMCG
- Hands-on with Selenium and TOSCA for end-to-end automation
- Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA/Zephyr, ALM, Azure DevOps) for test cases and defects
- Experience designing SIT, UAT, regression, and performance tests across multi-system landscapes (ERP SAP, o9/IBP, non-SAP apps)
- Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions
- UAT processes, exit criteria and sign-off procedures
- Agile and waterfall delivery, global/matrixed teams
