Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Perk you will design, build and operate scalable AWS-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability and security. You will collaborate with product teams to deliver resilient, secure applications and drive automation, monitoring and deployment improvements. You will participate in on-call rotations, addressing production incidents and continuing to raise system reliability. This role supports Perk’s mission to power real work by reducing operational frictions and enabling fast, trustworthy software delivery.

Responsabilidades

- Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure in AWS
- Monitor performance, reliability and security of systems




- Implement and improve monitoring tools to ensure health and availability
- Collaborate with development teams to build scalable, resilient, and secure applications
- Participate in on-call rotation and resolve production issues
- Continuously improve automation, monitoring and deployment processes

Requisitos principales

- AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront)
- Monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Grafana)
- Docker, ECS, Kubernetes or similar containerisation technologies
- Bash, Python, NodeJS
- Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working across teams & domains and influencing others
