About the Company
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive our hydrogen business development across Spain and Portugal. The role will focus on strategic account development, project pipeline management and sales of ALK/PEM electrolyzer systems and related hydrogen solutions.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts across Iberia, including utilities, renewable developers, hydrogen/PtX developers, industrial companies, EPCs and engineering firms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts across Iberia.
- Identify and track opportunities in green hydrogen, ammonia, e-Methanol, eSAF, green fertilizer, refining, green steel and industrial decarbonization.
- Engage projects from Pre-FEED/FEED through RFQ, FID and contract award, positioning our solutions at an early stage.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including Heads of Hydrogen/PtX, Project Directors, Engineering, Procurement and senior management.
- Lead customer engagement, technical-commercial proposals, tender coordination,



negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop strategic cooperation with EPCs and engineering partners to support project specifications, vendor qualification and tender opportunities.
- Monitor Iberian hydrogen policies, funding programs, competitors and major project developments.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering, project management, supply chain, finance and headquarters teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in hydrogen, renewable energy, EPC, oil & gas, chemicals or industrial equipment.
- Strong B2B sales, business development or key account management experience.
- Existing network within the Spanish and/or Portuguese energy market is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of large-scale energy and industrial project development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English required.
- Willingness to travel
