Overview

In this role you lead Preply’s IT function, aligning technology with the company’s growth and global scale. You’ll shape the IT strategy, drive AI-native automation, and guide a lean team to mature into a strategic, cost-aware operator. You’ll own global infrastructure, security and FinOps, working closely with C-level stakeholders to turn IT into a measurable driver of efficiency and employee experience. This is a chance to shape IT at a unicorn-scale edtech company and impact millions of learners and tutors.

Responsabilidades

- Set and evolve a multi-quarter IT roadmap aligned to business goals
- Define tooling strategy, standards, and consolidation across the organization
- Lead a hands-on IT team, building automation and AI-native processes
- Manage general fleet, device lifecycle,



identity and endpoint management
- Oversee procurement, software spend, and FinOps with Finance and Procurement
- Build dashboards and reporting for IT health, spend, and initiatives, and communicate with leadership

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years leading IT teams in fast-scaling tech or SaaS environments
- Architect and hands-on operator: scripting, automation, and MDM/identity configuration
- Experience with international fleet and device management, identity, and endpoint management (e.g. Jamf, Okta)
- Strong SaaS spend management and FinOps capabilities
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-level
- Data-driven decision making and governance through dashboards
