Overview

As a Fullstack Engineer in the Platform team, you will own shared infrastructure, shape the backend orchestration service, and help multiple teams move faster with quality and reliability. You’ll bridge product teams as a platform proxy, coordinating cross-team decisions and ensuring scalable, well-documented services. You will build and maintain front- and back-end components for shared projects like the back office, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP. This role blends hands-on engineering with mentoring and a strong focus on observability and CI/CD discipline.

Responsabilidades

- Act as a platform proxy for product teams, understanding needs and unblocking shared concerns
- Contribute to the backend orchestration service, improving design and reliability as usage grows
- Build and maintain shared projects (e.g., back office) across frontend and backend layers
- Manage and improve GCP-based cloud infrastructure (provisioning, configuring,



maintaining environments)
- Improve and extend CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for fast, stable delivery
- Strengthen observability with Grafana dashboards, monitoring and alerting
- Write clean, well-tested code and foster a culture of quality and reliability
- Mentor engineers across product teams on platform practices, infrastructure, and architecture

Requisitos principales

- Solid fullstack experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Frontend capability in React (Rom React Native a plus)
- Strong GraphQL knowledge; Apollo is a plus
- Hands-on MongoDB experience (schema, indexing, query optimization)
- GCP services and Terraform for IAC
- Experience with CI/CD tooling, especially GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Google Pub/Sub or similar)
- Experience with Grafana or equivalent observability tools
- Testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
