Overview

As Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, you own the customer-facing agent experience end-to-end, shaping conversations, interfaces, and partner-facing embeddings. You drive end-to-end design decisions in a lean setup, collaborating with partner teams and our in-house designers. You will lead roadmap, discovery with enterprise partners, and hands-on design and prototyping to test flows. Your work directly impacts millions of travelers through a scalable, trusted AI-assisted travel experience.

Responsabilidades

- Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including intent coverage, conversation design, and embedded interfaces
- Engage enterprise partners from discovery to launch, translating partner asks into product choices for a single product serving multiple partners
- Collaborate with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding
- Lead design daily in Figma, producing flows and wireframes and partnering on high-fidelity and production assets
- Build prototypes with AI coding tools to test conversation flows and interfaces




- Define and defend quality bars for resolution rate, containment, escalation correctness, and conversation quality
- Specify agent behavior in detail (resolution, tone, escalation policy, guardrails, edge cases) and iterate from production data
- Stay close to GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams to feed field learnings into the roadmap

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years of product management experience with principal or lead ownership of a customer-facing product
- Design fluency with ability to manipulate design files and create flows/mocks solo in Figma
- Ability to write code to create working prototypes using AI tools
- Hands-on front-end experience shipping web front ends and credible with engineers
- Strong enterprise partner-facing experience, ideally in regulated industries
- Data-driven approach using customer service and automation metrics (resolution, containment, CSAT, escalation quality)
- Familiarity with LLM-based products, prompt/behavior design, AI quality practices and failure modes
