Overview

In this role, you will drive visibility and performance of Schneider Digital websites through technical SEO and GEO optimization. You’ll conduct audits, implement structured data, and ensure content is crawlable and LLM-friendly, collaborating with developers and content teams. You’ll monitor KPIs, report trends, and keep guidelines up to date to support a global digital transformation and sustainability agenda. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position in a large, diverse digital hub.

Responsabilidades

- Technical SEO & GEO audits to identify crawling and indexing issues
- Support implementation of SEO and GEO recommendations during updates and migrations
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, trends, and LLM-related insights
- Assist with structured data markup (Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb) implementation




- Create and maintain Technical SEO guidelines and GEO documentation for internal teams
- Provide day-to-day SEO and GEO guidance to content teams, designers, and product owners
- Participate in training and promote adoption of best practices

Requisitos principales

- Experience in Technical SEO and improving organic visibility
- Familiarity with GEO concepts; willingness to learn
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven troubleshooting
- Knowledge of site architecture, internal linking, and crawling behaviors
- Good written and spoken English, with ability to communicate technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams
