In this Senior Sales Executive role, you will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, showcasing how SiteMinder’s SaaS platform can boost occupancy and profitability. You’ll join an international, growth-focused team in Barcelona and receive structured training to accelerate your ramp. Your work centers on acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating with partners to extend the brand’s reach. This role offers a high-growth path within a market-leading platform that serves hotels across 150+ countries.

Responsabilidades

- Lead generation and new opportunities creation, plus upselling to existing customers
- Manage full sales cycle from initial outreach to demo and close
- Prepare quotes, present proposals,



and negotiate contracts to balance client value and SiteMinder's margins
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system
- Collect and relay client feedback to Product Team for product alignment
- Engage with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder and attend client meetings as needed

Requisitos principales

- SaaS sales experience
- Fluent in Spanish (min. C2) and professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with prospects
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a growth mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel for client meetings when required
