Overview

As a Data Analyst focused on AI, you translate complex data into actionable business insights and drive continuous improvement. You will leverage AI as a practical lever to enhance analysis quality and speed up insight generation for better decision-making. You’ll communicate conclusions clearly to executives and collaborate across product, technology, and operations teams. This role blends rigorous analytics with pragmatic AI applications to impact strategic objectives.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze large data volumes to find patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities with direct business impact
- Generate actionable insights by linking technical metrics with business KPIs and strategic goals
- Apply AI and advanced analytics techniques in a practical, results-driven way
- Drive continuous improvement through hypotheses, tests, and data-driven recommendations
- Design executive presentations (slides, dashboards, one-pagers) with clear, decision-oriented messaging
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, bridging data and decision-making

Requisitos principales

- Degree in quantitative fields (Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar)
- Strong experience in data analysis and interpreting business KPIs
- Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI / Tableau or similar)
- Interest and practical experience applying AI techniques with a business focus
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear messages for non-technical audiences
- Experience creating executive presentations and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset, critical thinking, and impact orientation
- Strong communication, autonomy, and end-to-end data vision
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+)
