In this role you will drive growth for Vodafone’s sub-sea business by developing commercial strategies and leading high-stakes bids. You’ll build senior relationships internally and with customers, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets to deliver margin and revenue targets. You work closely with technical and legal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and scalable propositions. Responsabilidades

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and margin targets
- Build industry partnerships and senior relationships aligned with Vodafone Carrier growth strategy
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to secure buy-in across functions




- Lead complex commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Act as Commercial Lead on high-risk, complex bid opportunities and manage a virtual bid team from qualification to contract signature

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years’ experience developing compelling commercial propositions
- 24+ months experience managing change or operating in rapid change environments
- Expert industry knowledge in mobile, fixed line or converged telecommunications and related commercial issues
- Strong Excel-based financial modelling skills and relevant systems knowledge
- Graduate Degree; MSc or MBA / professional accounting qualification preferred

- Excellent relationship building and personal impact for credibility at senior leadership levels
- Analytical decision-making and risk understanding
- Ability to negotiate with senior leadership and manage cross-functional teams
- Excel commercial modelling
- Knowledge of Commercial contracts within Telecoms Market
