Overview

In this role you will lead IT solutions and provide hands-on support for Spanish and EU colleagues, bridging service with technical execution. You will evaluate new technologies, manage hardware lifecycles, and coordinate IT applications and assets in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Your work helps maintain resilient IT services while partnering with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position with a focus on customer-first IT support and regional impact.

Responsabilidades

- Resolve IT issues for internal clients and provide timely guidance
- Evaluate and test new hardware/software technologies
- Manage hardware procurement and asset maintenance
- Deploy and manage corporate PCs/Macs; configure new hardware; image maintenance
- Coordinate warranty repairs and device lifecycle




- Oversee Zoom systems and hosted IT applications (Okta, Google G Suite, Fleet, Zoom, MS O365)
- Maintain IT inventory data (serials, software keys, locations) and manage IT assets
- Handle IT shipping, recycling, and disposal
- Administer IT accounts for on-/off-boarding; diagnose and repair end-user devices
- Manage IT tickets and resolve escalated technical matters

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years of professional IT/desktop support or infrastructure engineering
- Eligible to live and work in Spain
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English
- Able to travel across regions (<10% travel time)
