Responsabilidades
- Assist the Technical Director in overseeing technical activities and strategic planning
- Lead development of Ground Segment Software and ensure component integration
- Lead SATCOM-related proposals and bid responses
- Analyze requirements, build detailed project plans, manage scope, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve technical processes
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide improvement insights
- Stay updated with latest tech advancements and apply relevant updates
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective
- Proven experience delivering complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; collaborative mindset
- High level of English; basic French
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, microservices, and modern software practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of SATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN, OBP, 5G, LEO routing, link budgets, RF basics
