Overview

In this role you will lead IAM initiatives to enable adidas' strategy through secure identity and access experiences. You will work within a cross-functional team to modernize identity workflows, automate lifecycle processes, and implement governance controls at scale. The position offers a chance to shape secure, scalable IAM solutions in a integral, innovative environment. Responsabilidades

- Operate and enhance IAM services in Entra ID
- Drive automation of identity lifecycle (JML, provisioning, governance)
- Implement IGA capabilities
- Support secure, scalable, standardized IAM solutions

Requisitos principales





- College or university degree with focus on IT
- 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in the relevant technical area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – strong hands-on experience
- Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM)
- Automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps)
- SSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs)
- Authentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
- Hybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra ID)
