In this Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end product development and industrialization efforts within a dynamic automotive environment. Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality
- Serve as the primary interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement for profitability and efficiency




- Oversee manufacturing readiness including process validation, tooling, prototypes, and launches
- Track project performance via KPIs, risk management, and strategic planning
- Ensure customer satisfaction through innovative, compliant solutions
- Support successful product and production line launches and long-term growth

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering
- 5–10 years in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic development
- Proven international project management and team management experience
- Analytical with a results-driven, people-development orientation
- Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and time management
- Knowledge of problem solving tools (Kaizen, 8D) and process audits
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and APQP
- Recommended knowledge of SAP and PLM (SAP experience desirable)
