As an Account Manager for the DACH market, you will nurture long-term client relationships and translate needs into tailored growth strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion, while educating clients on new features. Responsabilidades

- Manage and deepen client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Develop personalized sales strategies including cross-sell, upsell, and churn management
- Provide prompt, tailored after-sales support and proactive communication




- Promote new products and features aligned to client use cases
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, relaying feedback
- Conduct regular video meetings to demo product updates and strengthen relationships
