Responsabilidades
- Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance
- Design A/B tests and build predictive models (churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes
- Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through dashboards and storytelling
- Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and promote data literacy and experimentation best practices
Requisitos principales
- Experience in analytics or data science, preferably gaming or digital products
- Strong business sense and product intuition
- Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
- Applied statistics background; Bayesian methods a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
- Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
