In this role, you will drive partnerships across five European markets to grow Degusta Box; you’ll own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to managing key accounts and reporting campaign impact. You’ll build strong FMCG relationships and provide market insights to brand partners, while collaborating with operations to tailor box experiences. The role blends sales growth with strategic market development in a dynamic, international team. Responsabilidades
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and reporting on campaign performance
- Develop and nurture partnerships with FMCG brands
- Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers to detect opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
- Upsell premium services by addressing client challenges and proposing solutions
- Provide market insights and social media guidance to brands about campaign results
- Attend food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings across Europe
- Develop Degusta Box identity in the assigned market
- Collaborate with Operations to create boxes loved by B2C customers
Requisitos principales
- Fluent in French, English, German, Italian or Spanish with strong professional English
- 3–5 years of sales experience (BD to Account Management or related)
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic
