In this role you will lead on-site commissioning and start-up of Schneider Electric cooling solutions across a broad product range. You will assess installation quality, optimize operational conditions, and perform root cause analyses with cross-functional colleagues. You’ll train customers, document activities, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs while supporting complex, international projects. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position focused on delivering reliable cooling performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
- Perform startup and commissioning across the full cooling product range
- Evaluate installation quality of piping and hydraulic circuits
- Assess system installation and operational conditions
- Carry out on-site adjustments to achieve optimal performance
- Identify root causes across quality, software, and operation issues
- Collaborate with Schneider Electric engineers and partners on site
- Document and manage defective parts for disposal/repair
- Train customers on basic equipment operations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems
Requisitos principales
- Thorough understanding of HVAC principles with basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to work with general direction and independently
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and technical documents
- Strong problem-definition, data collection, and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and travel internationally (70% availability)
- EU passport holder
- University degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical field
- Fluent English (B2+ level)

- Good software literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD
