Overview

In this role you will lead and transform Spanish operations for a family-owned, internationally exposed business with premium products. You’ll drive production, quality, HR, finance and IT to deliver efficient, compliant operations and strong profitability. You will shape digital initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and align the organization with a transformative, cross-functional agenda. This is a hands-on leadership role that impacts strategy, performance and culture in a growing international environment.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee operations in Spain across production, quality, sales, HR, finance and IT.
- Lead a company-wide transformation spanning all functions.
- Improve product quality and establish clear KPIs and quality criteria.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance digital presence and customer engagement.
- Steer production processes for efficiency and high product quality.
- Coordinate factory processes ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, training and development.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost effectiveness.




- Drive IT and digital initiatives to modernize processes and support ERP implementation.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment and motivate the team to meet goals.
- Engage with suppliers, local authorities and industry partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requisitos principales

- Solid experience as a General Manager or Industrial Director managing operations, preferably in branded premium products.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Proven track record in transforming companies.
- M&A; experience would be a plus.
- Solid finance understanding with budgeting and financial performance experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in IT and digital technologies focusing on process improvement.
