Overview

As Tech Lead, you will steer the product from concept to operations within a cross-functional team. You will shape technical direction and drive delivery in a cloud-first environment. You’ll tackle architecture, integration, and DevOps practices that scale, while mentoring peers and aligning with agile processes. This role offers impact in shaping cloud-based solutions and the team culture in Barcelona. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, maintainable software.

Responsabilidades

- lead the product lifecycle from conception to operations
- define and guide technical direction and architecture
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
- drive CI/CD and DevOps practices
- mentor and coach team members in C# and Azure technologies
- monitor,



troubleshoot and report on system health and incidents
- manage tasks and deliverables within Agile/Scrum environments

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in C#
- 5+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Services
- 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
- 3+ years of experience with API REST
- strong senior knowledge in C# and Azure Services
- experience with NoSQL databases, Cosmos DB highly valued
- Good task management and SCRUM/Agile experience
- ability to communicate in English and Spanish
