Overview

In this role, you will design and execute adoption metrics for QualityDocs, shaping how value is measured and communicated to customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to uncover adoption barriers, influence product evolution, and drive long-term customer loyalty. The position blends data analysis, strategic storytelling, and value modeling to help life sciences customers modernize their document management processes. Responsabilidades

- Define KPIs and utilization metrics to quantify high-value adoption for QualityDocs
- Lead strategic webinars and workshops to drive continuous improvement and inform product evolution
- Develop prospective case studies and value models showing ROI of key feature adoption




- Create high-impact collateral to promote process optimization and modern practices
- Translate technical capabilities into Day-in-the-Life transformations for executive impact
- Identify leading indicators to flag at-risk customers by industry segment
- Collaborate with post-implementation and consultant teams to secure improvement services work

Requisitos principales

- 2+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting, solution consulting, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience with document management systems supporting Quality and GxP
- Proficiency in document management, product development lifecycle, and solving adoption challenges
- Ability to perform data analysis and build KPI dashboards
- Strong ability to communicate with Quality and IT personnel across organizations
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer meetings and presentations
