Overview

In this EU-based role, you will lead Vault R&D; migration implementations and guide data/content migration for life sciences customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption. You will mentor peers, shape migration programs, and develop tooling to optimize ETL processes. This position blends hands-on migration work with customer advocacy to deliver tangible outcomes. Responsabilidades

- Provide SME guidance on Vault R&D; migration, including document/content and data migration to Vault
- Advise customers on extract/transform/load (ETL) processes
- Mentor Veeva Data Migration Specialists on best practices
- Contribute to Professional Services knowledge base to build a migration program




- Guide migration tool development for ETL processes
- Assist in project scoping estimates for Vault R&D; product suite

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of document/content migration experience with enterprise content management systems or 5+ years of database migration experience with enterprise software systems
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience
- Proven track record presenting to management and executives as a subject matter expert
- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
- Ability to travel up to 20%
