Overview

As Site Contracts Manager you will draft, review and negotiate site contracts and related agreements to support clinical studies. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations to align contracting with study timelines and maintain contract records. You will identify process improvements to speed up contract execution and manage contract metrics. This remote role spans across Europe, enabling you to shape contract strategy in a fast-paced CRO/healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

- Review, draft and negotiate site contracts, master confidentiality agreements, CTAs, vendor and consulting agreements
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations and study teams to resolve contractual issues and meet study timelines
- Maintain contract files, databases and archiving; track and report contract metrics
- Design and implement policies to ensure timely execution of contracts and improve processes
- Escalate issues as needed and communicate status to stakeholders




- Support contracting plans and governance for CTA & budget negotiations
- Handle multiple contracts and tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree
- Experience in CRO/healthcare field
- At least 5 years’ experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating site CTAs, vendor contracts and site budget negotiations
- Proven ability to lead interactions with study teams and sponsors

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software
