Overview

In this role, you support origination, structuring and execution of financing with Multilateral Agencies within Santander CIB’s Global Export & Agency Finance team. You will work closely with integral offices to develop new MLA solutions and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and Middle Office. You’ll prepare high-quality materials and help drive business development in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Responsabilidades

- Assist with business origination and preparation of marketing and internal materials (content and visuals)
- Contribute to business development activities, including new MLA products and opportunity screening
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance,



E&S;, Syndication, Middle Office, Project Finance, etc.
- Prepare high-quality internal and external materials with strong analytical content
- Structure and execute transactions with Multilateral Agencies
- Provide advisory and coordination support
- Design value-added solutions and more complex structures as the team evolves

Requisitos principales

- 4–5 years in advisory and/or lending structured/Project/Export & Agency Finance transactions
- Experience with non-recourse financing arrangements (Project Finance) and/or Export & Agency Finance
- Experience leading deal teams across geographies and functions
- Bachelor’s degree; languages: English and Spanish (mandatory)

- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through
- Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactivity and creativity; ability to take initiative and propose solutions
- PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Financial modelling (advantage)
- Knowledge of financing structures (Export & Agency, Project Finance)
