Overview
As Enterprise Security Architect for Digital Workspace, you design, implement, and govern security for EUC, Microsoft 365, and collaboration platforms across Novartis. You work with Enterprise and Functional Security Architects to ensure a holistic, policy-driven approach aligning with industry best practices. You’ll influence senior stakeholders, lead security design across the Digital Workspace domain, and guide strategic security technology choices to protect enterprise-wide information assets.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and enforce Digital Workspace security policies ensuring regulatory alignment
- Design the Digital Workspace architecture and security measures across IT landscape
- Review and update technology standards and controls for Digital Workspace
- Identify design issues within the Digital Workspace domain and propose solutions
- Support projects from evaluation to implementation and assist operational model delivery
- Auditing of security policies and procedures
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide management reports
- Define and execute plans to maintain Digital Workspace effectiveness and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Shape architectural principles, processes, and standards and supervise security design quality
- Research and evaluate new Digital Workspace security technologies and guide strategic choices
- Develop architecture diagrams and documentation for Digital Workspace processes
- Translate strategic objectives into solution requirements and target architecture
- Contribute to infrastructure and product strategies requiring complex conceptualization
- Lead improvements in architectural governance and standards
Requisitos principales
- 15+ years in Security, with at least 5 years in architecture roles
- 5+ years supporting IT services in a large enterprise
- Strong understanding of Digital Workspace, Microsoft 365, Data Protection, IAM, SIEM, and Vulnerability Management
- Knowledge of general IT infrastructure technology and management
- Experience sourcing complex IT services with vendors
- Good IT Project Management experience and ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Experience with compliance (SOX, GxP/CSV, E-compliance, Records Management, Privacy)
- Familiarity with risk management standards (COSO, ISO 2700x, NIST, ITIL) and security frameworks
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with senior management
- Desirable: TOGAF or EA frameworks knowledge
