Our mission: making fashion cleaner, more efficient, and more responsible.We're now looking for someone with a technical mindset and a problem-solving attitude to join our Technical Service team, supporting customers worldwide.Your mission:You'll be the technical point of reference at the customer's site: installing, maintaining, and supporting our machinery to ensure their production processes never stop. A hands-on, dynamic role with direct customer contact and international exposure.What you'll do:Installation and commissioning of state-of-the-art machineryDiagnosing and resolving incidents (remotely and on-site)Maintenance and repair of the machinery fleetLogging and tracking incidents in the ERP systemProviding technical training to customersClose collaboration with sales and international teams,
