We are looking for a

Data Migration System

to join an international project. In this role, you will work on

Data Migration and Data Management initiatives , supporting major business transformation programs across enterprise systems. You will contribute to the design, governance and execution of data migration solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and external partners. Lead and support

Data Migration and Data Management initiatives

across global programs. Define and contribute to

end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards . Work on data migration solutions supporting

ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations . Lead

data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping

activities. Support data architecture decisions to ensure consistency across systems and platforms. Review technical designs,

data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches . Define and support

migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria . Contribute to the definition of

best practices, methodologies, templates and governance models

for migration projects. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.



Requirements

3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives. Strong experience in

Data Migration and Data Management . Knowledge of

SAP architecture and SAP data models . Experience with

ETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions . Experience working with

SQL databases and data analysis tools . Experience in

pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries . Professional / Fluent

English (C1) and Spanish . Experience with

AWS

or other Cloud-based Data Migration environments. Understanding of

system integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity . Experience with

data validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies . Understanding of

GxP regulated environments . Experience delivering

global business transformation projects . Experience working with

migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities . Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating with external vendors. Experience combining

technical responsibilities with project coordination . Hybrid model - 2 days on site per week
